The purpose of Refresh is to equip, encourage and strengthen you as a woman of God in your life and ministry. Refresh is our regular monthly gathering where we go deeper as we worship, hear teaching and share in discussion, faith building stories. There is always a time of ministry and prayer, plus an opportunity to encourage each other as women.
